· the Eidsivating Court of Appeal in Hamar,
· the Agder Court of Appeal in Skien,
· the Gulating Court of Appeal in Bergen,
· the Frostating Court of Appeal in Trondheim
· the Hålogaland Court of Appeal in Tromsø.
Therefore the country is divided into six apellate districts. Each Court of Appeal is headed by a senior judge president and each Court of Appeal has several appellate judges.
