To ensure that the implementation of the Grant Agreement programme and in particular the regional project is well rooted in the day-to-day realities of courts in the Western Balkans region, the NCA established a Working Group on Judicial Management (WGJM), consisting mainly of judges from all judiciaries in the region, with Croatia included.
The WGJM is currently drafting a study that addresses procedural obstacles for European Convention on Human Rights article 6 compliance. You can read more about the study here.
