Booking an appointment for notarisation
Notarisation is an official confirmation of a document.
If you need notarisation, you must book an appointment.
Please enter the following in the notes field:
1. Type of documents to be notarized
2. Number of documents (more than 8 documents: book a double appointment)
3. Country in which the documents will be used
Important information:
Please note that there may be some waiting time, as it is difficult to estimate how long different types of notarial confirmations will take. In some cases, it may be necessary to submit the documents and collect them at a later time.
Remember to bring valid identification.
Accepted IDs include:
- National ID cards from Norway or other EEA and EFTA states
- Norwegian driving licence
- Passport
- Norwegian bank card with photo
