The validity of decisions granting permits for mining operations at Engebøfjellet in Sunnfjord municipality and for the disposal of mining waste in Førdefjorden

The Supreme Court's Appeals Selection Committee decided on 1 December 2025 that the appeal against Borgarting Court of Appeal's judgment 12 August 2025 will be heard by the Supreme Court.
