Grand chamber to hand down judgment on determination of interest rate
On Friday 28 November 2025 at 09:00, the Supreme Court sitting as a grand chamber will hand down judgment in two cases concerning the determination of capitalisation rate. The proceedings will be livestreamed on the Supreme Court’s website.
The appeal hearings in the Supreme Court were held from 7 to 10 October.
The proceedings are public, and no registration is required to attend in the courtroom.
