Two new grand chamber hearings in the Supreme Court: sentencing for sexual offences

Chief Justice Toril Marie Øie decided on 16 December 2025 that two cases concerning sentencing for sexual offences will he heard jointly by a grand chamber of the Supreme Court, composed of 11 justices.
