New Supreme Court justice Thomas Horn

Thomas Horn joined the Supreme Court of Norway on 10 August 2026.

Before his appointment, he was an advocate and partner at Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS. He previously served as a doctoral research fellow at the University of Oslo and holds a PhD in human rights and criminal procedure. He was admitted to argue cases before the Supreme Court in 2010.
