Two of the Supreme Court's justices were recused from a case, see section 106 (9) cf. section 108 second sentence of the Courts of Justice Act. The spouse of one of the justices had been one of the judges hearing the case in the Court of Appeal. The second justice's half-brother had been the general manager of a company that had been the employer of one of the parties.
