In connection with three child welfare cases that the Supreme Court will hear jointly in a grand chamber, Justice Falch has informed that this son, who is employed as a trainee advocate with the Municipal Attorney in Oslo, will assist the advocate acting as assisting counsel for the municipality and the third-party intervener KS, during the preparatory phase of the cases, and that he may also assist her during the hearing in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court found that Justice Falch was disqualified, stating that any person working with counsel would be disqualified both under section 106 (7) and section 108 of the Courts of Justice Act.
